Arrive in Beijing, Hotel: Jianyin Hotel
Arrive in Beijing, the capital of China. You will be greeted and transferred to your hotel.

Beijing
In the morning we tour the Forbidden City, a huge complex of palaces, pavilions, courtyards and gardens. Walk through Tian'anmen Square, the site of many history-making events. After lunch, visit the Summer Palace, located in a park full of charming pavilions and scenic views. This evening watch the famous Beijing Opera. (B/L/D)

Beijing
Today we visit the Great Wall; this man-made structure winds dragon-like across Northern China. After lunch, visit the Ming Tombs area and stroll along the "sacred-way", a boulevard lined with sculpted stone animals leading up to the tombs. Drive back to Beijing, and visit the Temple of Heaven. Beijing-Xian, Hotel: Jianguo
Fly to Xian in the morning. Visit the Ming Dynasty City Wall, and the Shaanxi History Museum, which boasts more than 370,000 rare cultural relics unearthed in Shaanxi. (B/L/D)

Visit the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses, one of the world's great archeological treasures. After lunch, visit the Wild Goose Pagoda. This evening, enjoy the Tang Dynasty Show. (B/L/D)

Xian-Guilin, Hotel: Universal
Fly to Guilin, a city famous for its picturesque landscape. This area has inspired Chinese artists and poets for centuries. Visit the Elephant Trunk Hill, and Fubo Mountain. After dinner, watch the Guilin Folk Dance and Music Show.

Take a spectacular cruise down the meandering Li River. The scenery is breathtaking, as jagged, mist-covered mountains loom before you, and quaint villages dot the riverbanks. (B/L/D)

Guilin-Guangzhou, Hotel: Rosedale
Fly to Guangzhou, the capital of Guangdong province. Visit the Five-Goats Statue, the symbol of Guangzhou city and Dr. Sun Yat-sen's Memorial Hall. Enjoy dinner, and then take an evening cruise on the Pearl River. (B/L/D)

Guangzhou-Hong Kong, Hotel: Royal Pacific Hotel
After breakfast, take the hovercraft to Hong Kong. Upon arrival, meet your local guide and transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to explore this bustling city. (B/L)

A half day guided tour will take you to Victoria Peak, Aberdeen Fishing Village, Stanley Market, Repulse Bay and the financial district. Your afternoon is free to explore the city on your own. (B)
