This morning visit a Kindergarten, and the Shanghai Development Area. Fly to Yichang and visit Gezhou Dam. After dinner we board the cruise ship. (B/L/D)

Yangtze River Cruise
Excursion to the Dam Project Site to visit the largest dam in the world just completed last year. Cruise through the Xiling Gorge, and Wu Gorge. Tonight, enjoy the Captain's Welcome Dinner. (B/L/SD)

After breakfast, your excursion will take you on a raft ride drifting down the Lesser Three Gorges. You can enjoy the wonderful scenery of deep and quiet gorges, waterfalls and magnificent peaks. Today's cruise will pass through Wu Gorge and Qutang Gorge. (B/L/D)

Yangtze River Cruise
Your shore excursion today is to Fengdu, better known as the Ghost City. Return to the ship and set sail for Chongqing. Tonight we celebrate with a farewell dinner. (B/L/D)

Chongqing-Xian, Jianguo Hotel
Disembark in Chongqing at 9am. You will visit Erling Park, Three Gorge Museum, and the Panda House before your afternoon flight to Xian. (B/L/D)

Visit the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses, one of the world's great archeological treasures. After lunch, visit the Wild Goose Pagoda. In the evening, enjoy the Tang Dynasty Show. (B/L/D)

Visit the Ming Dynasty City Wall, and the Shaanxi History Museum, which boasts more than 370,000 rare cultural relics unearthed in Shaanxi. Take the afternoon flight to Beijing. (B/L/D)

Beijing
In the morning we tour the Forbidden City; a huge complex of palaces, pavilions, courtyards and gardens. Walk through Tian'anmen Square, the site of many history-making events. After lunch, visit the Summer Palace, located in a park full of charming pavilions and scenic views. This evening watch the famous Beijing Opera. (B/L/D)

Beijing
Today we visit the Great Wall; this man-made structure winds dragon-like across Northern China. After lunch, visit the Ming Tombs area and stroll along the "sacred-way", a boulevard lined with sculpted stone animals leading up to the tombs. Drive back to Beijing, and visit the Temple of Heaven.
