Arrive in Beijing, Hotel: Jianyin Hotel
Arrive in Beijing, the capital of China. You will be greeted and transferred to your hotel.

Beijing
In the morning we tour the Forbidden City; a huge complex of palaces, pavilions, courtyards and gardens. Walk through Tian'anmen Square, the site of many history-making events. After lunch, visit the Summer Palace, located in a park full of charming pavilions and scenic views. This evening watch the famous Beijing Opera. (B/L/D)

Beijing
Today we visit the Great Wall; this man-made structure winds dragon-like across Northern China. After lunch, visit the Ming Tombs area and stroll along the "sacred-way", a boulevard lined with sculpted stone animals leading up to the tombs. Drive back to Beijing, and visit the Temple of Heaven. Beijing-Shanghai--Suzhou, Hotel: Convention Cerntre
Take the morning flight to Shanghai, and then transfer to Suzhou. Visit the beautiful Humble Administrative Garden, and one of China's famous silk embroidery factories. (B/L/D)

Suzhou-Hangzhou, Hotel: New Century
Depart to Hangzhou and take a cruise on West Lake. Later we visit a tea plantation, and the theme park Song Town to watch a cultural performance. (B/L/D)

Hangzhou-Zhouzhuang-Shanghai, Hotel: Huaxia Hotel
On the way to Shanghai, visit Zhouzhuang ancient town. After lunch, depart to Shanghai, China's largest city and most important commercial center. Visit the Jade Temple, Yu Garden and the Bund. After dinner, watch an acrobatic show. (B/L/D)
